HEALTHY FATS: NUTS AND SEEDS: Almonds, Flaxseeds, Sesame seeds, Walnuts  (raw, unsalted)

 

CARBS: FRUIT: Apples, Blueberries, Cherries, Grapefruit, Oranges, Pomegranate

VEGETABLES: Arugula, Bell peppers, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Leeks, Onions, Romaine lettuce, Scallions, Shiitake mushrooms, Spinach, Tomatoes

 

 

PROTEINS: Flounder, Salmon, Sole, Tilapia, Egg whites, Yogurt (plain, nonfat)

HERBS AND SPICES: Basil, Black pepper, Cilantro, Cinnamon, Cloves, Garlic, Ginger, Parsley, Turmeric

OTHER: Green tea
