A little about Jody:

I was a young mom who raised two boys on my own. Recently, I got married and coudn't be happier! How exciting it is to have one son entering college, another entering high school and a new baby on the way! I'm a registered dental hygienist, ISSA certified personal trainer and health / wellness advocate. 

Who am I really? I'm a lifelong student, a nurturer who holds my family and friends in the highest regard. I love encouraging others in the areas of health, wellness and personal development. I believe we all have an important story to tell and I love listening. We can learn so much from eachother and there is such power in surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals! I've become addicted to the pure joy I experience when I make people feel happier, more fulfilled and more empowered to reach their goals - whatever they may be!
