Jody Janczak is a dental hygienist, personal trainer and health/wellness advocate. She maintains her dental license in Illinois and is a long-standing member of the ADHA. Jody was featured on the cover of RDH Magazine, a national publication for dental professionals, in February of 2012. Her passion for health and fitness led her to become a health coach in 2010, a certified personal trainer in 2011 and is presently completing coursework to become a certified sports nutritionist. She enjoys staying abreast of trending concepts and emerging research in the field of health and wellness. Jody loves helping her clients learn about their bodies, get excited health and fitness and live to their unique and full potential. 

Jody resides in the suburbs north of Chicago. She became a mom for the first time as a teenager and battled adversity to overcome the odds of single parenthood, refusing to become a statistic. Furthering her education was always a priority. Jody had a second son in her early twenties and her boys were instantly her universe. Her health took a back seat as she made sacrifices to provide for her children. She graduated from college in 1999 and embarked on her career. Her dream of raising kind, confident young men was becoming a reality. She also took control of her health and went from being overweight and sedentary to healthy and fit. Jody met her future husband in 2007. They married in 2012 and welcomed a new son later that same year. Jody is thoroughly enjoying married life and being a new mom all over again. Jody enjoys spending her leisure time with her family, traveling, reading, attending courses, volunteering and cheering on her middle son at his high school football games. To express her creative side, she loves blogging, drawing and photography.
